Real life treatment of Cholinergic Urticaria with Omalizumab

Retrospective analysis of omalizumab treatment in 16 cholinergic urticaria (CholU) patients revealed effectiveness in two third of the patients, especially in female patients. Most non-responders to standard-dosed omalizumab benefited from updosing. Non-responders raise the question of different pathomechanisms in these patients.
