IgE-class-specific immunosuppression in offspring by administration of anti-IgE to pregnant mice

Environmental events in early in life are critical to development of allergic diseases later in life. We found IgE-class-specific immunosuppression in offspring whose mothers had been administered anti-IgE during pregnancy.
