Nasal Allergen Neutralising IgG4 Antibodies Block IgE-mediated Responses: Novel biomarker of Subcutaneous Grass Pollen Immunotherapy

This study shows that local immunereactive and functional/blocking allergen-specific IgG4 antibodies in the nasal fluid are induced following grass pollen SCIT.
