Cytokine-induced endogenous production of PGD2 is essential for human ILC2 activation

We demonstrate that endogenously produced PGD2 is responsible for cytokine-induced ILC2 activation and that CRTH2 antagonism is a powerful therapeutic approach in allergic inflammation as it prevents not only PGD2-induced, but also indirectly cytokine-induced ILC2 activation.
