Early decreases in blood eosinophil levels with reslizumab

Reslizumab, an anti-IL5 add-on therapy, demonstrated clinical effectiveness in patients with severe eosinophilic asthma in 52-week Phase 3 studies. Eosinophil reductions were observed within 2–3 days of initiation and were sustained for 52 weeks.
