B cell-intrinsic requirement for STK4 in humoral immunity in mice and humans

Humoral immune defects are described in 9 patients from 5 families with STK4 deficiency. A mouse model carrying the novel p.Y88del show that these defects are intrinsic to the B cells. (Source: Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology)
