CD40LG duplications in patients with X-LAG syndrome commonly undergo random X-chromosome inactivation

We read with interest the article by Le Coz et al1 in the June 2018 issue of the Journal reporting that patients with CD40LG microduplications preferentially inactivate their duplicated X-chromosome to achieve a cell survival advantage.
