Characterization of Gut Microbiome in Infants with Severe Respiratory Syncytial Virus Bronchiolitis

The effects of early life exposures, including respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection, on the infant gut microbiome may contribute to immune dysregulation and the development of asthma. Here, we describe the gut microbiome in infants during severe RSV bronchiolitis.
