GBR 830, an anti-OX40, improves skin gene-signatures and clinical scores in atopic dermatitis

This proof-of-concept study with GBR 830, an OX40 antagonist, has generated the first evidence of the potential pathogenic role of OX40 in AD and of the emerging therapeutic potential of anti-OX40 targeting strategies in moderate-to-severe AD.
