Choroidal Vascularity Index and Choroidal Thickness in Human Leukocyte Antigen-B27-Associated Uveitis.

CONCLUSION: Eyes with acute HLA-B27-associated uveitis exhibited choroidal thickening with increased choroidal vascularity that subsequently decreased after uveitis resolution.
