Increased surface expression of NOTCH on memory T cells in peripheral blood from asthma patients

Using flow cytometry we found that circulating T cell subsets from asthma patients contained higher proportions of NOTCH receptor positive cells compared with healthy controls, suggesting enhanced NOTCH signaling in T cells from asthma patients. (Source: Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology)
