Abstract

Peripheral facial palsy is caused by a variety of aetiologies. The cephalic tetanus of Rose is a very infrequent, life-threatening aetiology and has become rare in countries with high tetanus immunization coverage. It's a disease bad known by head and neck specialists. The authors report a case of Rose cephalic tetanus revealed by a peripheral facial palsy.
