A rare complication following anesthesia: arytenoid dislocation during orthognathic surgery

Arytenoid dislocation is one of the rare complications following tracheal intubation, and there are no published studies that report arytenoid dislocation during orthognathic surgery. The frequency of this phenomenon and the results of therapy are evaluated in this study.
