In vitro, RBE (0, 200, 400 and 800 μg/ml) was added to the hybrid grouper primary hepatocytes before (pretreatment) the incubation of the hepatocytes with D-GalN (20 mM) plus LPS (1 μg/ml) in the culture medium.
