The article duplicates significant parts of a paper that had already appeared in J Dent Anesth Pain Med. 2016 Jun;16(2):95 –102. http://bit.ly/2Qf8YHW. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that the paper has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
