We report a case of generalized myasthenia gravis and necrotizing myopathy induced by pembrolizumab. We describe a 71-year-old man with metastasic melanoma who started with MG symptoms after de second infusion of pembrolizumab and then developed severe bulbar symptoms and respiratory failure.
