Contemporary Classification of Zygomatic Fractures; A Shift to using Function over Form

The objectives are to predict outcome, direct treatment, predict response to therapies and communicate experience to others. We aim to review the literature and analyse how beneficial previous zygomatic fracture classification systems have been. This will allow us to propose a more clinically useful system if required.
