Abstract
Patients who have unsatisfactory outcomes following thyroplasty can be challenging to manage.
Identifying the reason for sub‐optimal outcomes following thyroplasty is pivotal in ensuring success from revision procedures.
Dynamic CT (inspiration and phonation views) can identify potential causes for sub‐optimal outcomes which may not be apparent on stroboscopy and laryngoscopy.
Revision procedures can improve patient reported outcomes with relation to voice and aspiration.
Dynamic CT is a useful adjunct in the investigation of patients seeking revision thyroplasty.
