In recent years, Siniperca chuatsi rhabdovirus (SCRV) has caused mass mortality in Chinese perch (Siniperca chuatsi). To identify specific miRNAs involved in SCRV infection, deep sequencing of microRNA on Chinese perch brain cell line (CPB) with or without SCRV infection were performed at 6 and 12 h post of infection (hpi).
