5-year follow-up of older patients undergoing orthognathic surgery- The East Grinstead experience

Introduction: In the last decade, there has been a growing number of older patients (above 35) undergoing orthognathic surgery. Previous studies have looked at the complication rates related to orthognathic surgery in older patients and compared outcomes with a younger cohort.
