The present work aims to report 3 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC). Patient 1: a 14-year-old girl with a telangiectatic hard swelling on the palate and trismus. An incisional biopsy was suggestive of ACC, confirmed by immunohistochemistry. Radiotherapy was the treatment of choice, with no recurrence. Patient 2: a 36-year-old woman with a hard swelling involving the palate and maxillary tuberosity. Surgical excision with 1-cm clear margins was performed. An adjuvant therapy was performed with no recurrence.
