Adenomatoid odontogenic tumors represent approximately 2% to 7% of all odontogenic tumors and has a striking tendency to occur in the anterior portion of the maxilla of young females. A 19-year-old man presented with a painless expansion in the anterior region of the mandible, with an 8-month evolution period. Computed tomography analysis showed a well-circumscribed radiolucent lesion with radiopaque foci involving the region from the first right lower premolar to first lower left premolar associated with an impacted canine.
